The Ohio Arts Council's 2011-2013 Strategic Plan, entitled "A New View," is now available to download for free:

Launched in April 2011, "A New View" is the result of an unprecedented two-year planning process that involved the Ohio Arts Council (OAC) board, staff and thousands of Ohioans from all over the state.

"With this plan, we present our new view of the role the arts can play in restoring Ohio's prosperity," says OAC Executive Director Julie S. Henahan. "I couldn't be more proud to share it with the thousands of Ohioans who participated in its development."

The plan's five goals highlight the OAC's commitment to strengthening the role of the arts in creative economic development and education, and to fueling the next generation of leaders with the creativity and innovation skills they will need to succeed in tomorrow's economy.
